It does not seem that easy. Base pay is up but profit sharing is down, if Delta makes more than 2.5B in profit. It seems the goal here is rather for tdelta HQ to avoid sharing their super high profit with their employees.
Still base pay is base pay.. it is "yours" while Profits is an unknown... If Delta re-invest aggressively, profits could be gone but base pay increase you get to keep even if they go out and buy 100 new planes.
