Do not miss Ben's. I would never go to Montreal without stopping there for lunch. You will swear you are back in the 1950's (I believe the Courtship of Duddy Kravitz was filmed here.) Moishe's is great for steak. If you like bagels, stop at the Fairmount Bagel Bakery -the best bagels on earth (and yes I've been to New York - many times). I always buy a couple dozen and take them home and freeze them - not, however, without buying a little cream cheese right there at the bakery and running out to the car and inhaling a couple on the spot. (How is this for an artery clogging post?)
