It has been years since an all-inclusive promo was made. I think the best one they had was after Tango Plus changed to Flex, and they added Tango to TPAC/TATL - that one had some great AQM bonus for everyone. That was around 2012, and included all TATL/TPAC routes, which was great - and included existing bookings, to boot.

The last few years have been selective promotions - only on specific routes, or specific users. Last fall there was a 75% AQM promo, but Ben stated that only specific people were targeted for various reasons.

Hit and miss, but with the current eUpgrade promo, I wouldn't expect anything for your trip.
