If a similar question is posted elsewhere, I apologize for the repeat.

On an upcoming flight booked through my employer's travel agency, the MP earnings section of my reservation on United's website shows that one segment is ineligible for award miles, PQM, and PQD. Any suggestions on why? I won't be hitting the 75k award per reservation cap and I don't believe I'm in violation of the CoC.

The segment in question is a U fare, but so is another segment that is eligible for miles/PQM/PQD.

Any help would be appreciated.
