the best Internet cafes in M elbourne, Australia
for my stay, jan-17 to 29, I am looking for a a good Internet Cafe, in central downtown Melbourne (and at MEL domestic airport, Ansett lounge?).

I know that I can also use IBM stations at the site of the Australian Open, but there are often long queus.

Also, any Internet connection possibility at the domestic Sydney airport (Ansett lounge?).
