The answer to your question is "yes."
Word of advice since you're new...the sharks around here will pounce on you if it looks as though you're trying to get information without doing a little bit of "homework" on your own first. There are threads with info regarding Simon Mall, Redbird, and Serve.
MS is not something you should take lightly anyway, so take some time to educate yourself before taking actions you haven't researched, or you could quickly find yourself in a financial bind. I spent months reading on this forum before starting. Good luck.
