First guess is you are not FULLY logged in to the system -- there is a quasi state that make it appear you are log into your account but account benefits are not fully recognized. Force a logon and then log back in and then check the inventory.
Hmm... I'm having similar problem. Booked return award last night MLE-SFO. Today, all return and outbound is gone to MLE, and DXB. (Checked SFO-DXB, IAD-DXB, LAX-DXB, MLE-SFO, SFO-MLE, and one or two others) No standard, no nothing, regardless of whether I'm logged in or not. Temp issue, I'm hoping.
Found availability for other flights though (IAD-CDG, SFO-LIH), so not sure what the issue is.
Found revenue on all options.
