2 hours is definitely more than enough. ANA flights to MNL usually leave by the 50's numbered gates (Satellite #5). Last month, we lined up by the gate and got shuttled off to the plane. From the UA arrival to the ANA gate you will have to pass a transit security check, but that's very quick.
After the security check, it's probably a 10min walk (if that - depending on how fast you walk). You can stop by the ANA transit check-in to re-confirm - they just confirm your flight, and ask confirm the number of luggage you checked-in (if any), and also the gate #, in case it wasn't listed on any boarding pass you might have printed out prior.
All in all, you'd probably have about an hour to an hour and a half to spend in the lounge or shop.
