I have been having a problem booking companion flights since new website design. Hopefully someone has an easy fix for this (even if it means the problem is a stupid user error!)

When we travel, I book my husband on 2 one-ways instead of RT. When his flights show up on Upcoming Trips" I click "add companion" to get my tickets. Simple, right? But not all of his flights show up. Yesterday I booked 4 tickets for him but only 2 show up. I can find a missing flight using his confirmation number but that brings up a page where I see no link to "add companion."

This has happened before and I have to call to add the companion ticket, which is a big time waster. Could this have something to do with my using the same trip name for 2 bookings?
