I vaguely recall seeing an article in a newspaper several years ago about an entrepreneur who bought an old 747 and converted it into three separate restaurants...The front (first class) was a very posh, elegant restaurant with fine wines and excellent service. The 2nd restaurant was in the middle (business class) and served fairly decent food at more affordable prices. In the back was (economy class) was a family restuarant-type place with no frills.
I seem to recall it being abroad, maybe in Korea???? I could be way off, but I do remember reading about it somewhere.
