I am extremely new to MS.

I recently acquired two Simon Mall VISA giftcards that I was hoping to load on to a RedBird. Unfortunately, RedBird isn't available in my state and I don't want to pay whatever people are charging for a blank card on eBay.

Anyway, I already have a Serve account. Is it possible for me to load the Simon Mall cards onto the Serve?
