I'm sure AA is closely watching the elections this fall. Two of the 3 major candidates have said they will remove currency controls.

The DFW down-gauge to a 787 is also seasonal, with the austral summer going back to 772.

Given that, I wouldn't expect any move from AA to reduce EZE service until the political situation clears up. Flights are yielding well (try finding Saavers to EZE!), the economic situation is not going off the cliff like Brazil is, and OneWorld owns the market now that the LAN/TAM group is part of OneWorld.
