I've dealt with them lots of times. They've been fine. I've done a lot of hotels and some occasional air travel. I know the owner. They are a good outfit. I've never called them for customer service but I assume that would be a real hassle if you do have to.

I don't use them for hotels as much anymore but I do check them out.
