Hello

I was searching for a hotel in San Francisco on the IHG website when the search results displayed a new Holiday Inn Express in Union Square. There's not much detail nor any photos except for like an artist's impression of the facade of the hotel. The hotel has the "new to IHG" label so I'm not sure if it's an existing hotel or a completely new one. The address listed is 235 O Farrell Street , San Francisco, CA 94102 , United States.

Does anyone have any info about this?

I was doing a search for an early Dec stay and they were selling rooms for it at about 293.55USD onwards.
