Well I bit the bullet and finally booked the NRT route. The short stop in HNL just scared me a bit (arriving domestically, connecting Intl).

Yes, I was able to enter my ticket# and assign myself a seat (no seat was assigned for me yet). I was just a bit confused with the 2 different 767-300's (versions 1&2), as they each have different seat configurations - but was finally able to figure it out.

kluau88 - I would be arriving on United and connecting on ANA. Do you happen to know if I would have an extensive walk from one terminal to the other? From my understanding they are both in Terminal 1, South Wing but not sure if there would still be a great distance to walk. That's the only thing that would stop me from eating there (time restraints with only 2 hours).

I'm really impressed with everyone's knowledge of NRT. I was there once in Feb. 2013, but again, I was only there for approx 2 hours and only had time to pick up some really expensive toiletries (never doing that again, OMG!). That'll teach me to convert Yen to $$ from now on.
