I always print a paper BP and if more than one flight, I print each BP one page at a time but I flip the paper after each BP prints thus putting up to 4 BP's on one piece of paper (using both sides)
On the rare occasion they have to do a manual boarding, wouldn't this be a problem as if they rip your sheet of paper, they've messed up the boarding pass on the opposite side? (Especially flying out of YUL, I don't think they've ever scanned my BP)
