My only real criticism is that the a/c and heating can be noisy.
I can only take exception to the "upgrading Diamonds" claim. I was Diamond for a couple hundred nights I stayed there, and they never once offered me an upgrade. I was almost always rebuffed when I asked to use one of my upgrade certs.

They were good about the breakfast - I had to leave for work before they opened the restaurant, so they said I could get from the ready-to-eat cafe whatever I wanted, up to the cost of the breakfast. That worked out really well.
