Exactly! I sometimes choose nothing, sometimes I grab one thing to eat then or later and have occasionally had more than one. Not often though, it would be because I am starving - AA snack baskets aren't very yummy. But, I don't eat much anyhow and they are empty calories.
I think the only valid point is if someone emptied it out so no one else had anything - but they usually have plenty so this can't be a concern.
