Appreciate the post thanks OP, I am also connecting to CX640 via DOH with a connection on QR.

CX640 is a funny flight time. Leaves in the small hours and arrives after lunch, so I am not sure what I would be expecting in terms of service. If I wake up for breakfast, not sure where I will be but I am sure I will only have slept about 3 hours. Hopefully I can sleep through to about midday wherever that be

As for seats, my seat map on CX is A330 is 1-2-1 and I understood they are Cirrus seats as are QR, so I'd expect the same amount of space with just a bit of variation in finishes
