What other luxury communities are there similar to Hualalai and Punta Mita where you can rent/travel via golf cart around? I'm specifically looking for fun in the sun destinations in North America during our Canadian winter but support all suggestions since I'm sure there are a few more souls out there looking for tips.

Places like Punta Mita where you can take your golf cart and drive to 20+ different restaurants for dinner or even pick up some groceries/drinks is $$$ in my books. Of course I would expect a decent golf course in this luxurious community as well.
