The restaurant that one has to "step down several steps" is Cafe Capricio. I did not eat there but wish I had.

I tried Lombardo's Italian downtown but was disppointed. Food appeared to have been pre-cooked and then microwaved for serving. That's not quite right for a $16.00 plate of pasta.
