I'm not sure where in FRA you were gouged for this hot dog sandwich that cost as much as a chicken in a semi-fine-dining establishment in the US, but if you're flying internationally, I'd suggest finding another €30 or so which will get you a feast fit for a king in central Frankfurt, along with a return ticket on the S-Bahn. Plus you get some fresh air.
