I flew out on a Monday morning on the 9AM AA flight. CBP was dead that early - my only complaint was that even with Global Entry I still had to wait in a line to be called to a desk to hand in a ticket, instead of just being able to proceed to the exit and hand it in there. THe process didn't make much sense to me.
