Last Seat Award Availability Broken?
Hey, all.

I have the Chase United MileagePlus Card which touts its last seat award availability. However, I'm searching for seats on IAD-HNL, and although there are plenty of Business seats available for purchase, none are showing available for Standard (!) award availability. Isn't the idea that you have the credit card, and then you can always use your points to buy a seat as long as there's room? What am I missing?
