Normally I'm a gambling man (good think I took the gamble on the 20th) however, the new, very specific "personalized variable load" language to the terms was not introduced until September 3rd. You would have no argument if you put an order in now and didn't receive a payout...the language is far too specific now, I doubt anyone would have success.

Also the most recent post regarding placing an order with a portal after new terms (jk2 on 9/2) said the portal didn't even have the new language And his casback tracked but later got clawed back, citing if the merchant didn't pay, they don't pay.
