Honestly, it is ridiculous that this so called business hotel us a gym which is only open from 6:30am - 9:00pm (and you have to enter by 8:00pm or they won't let you in). Just crazy for anyone who works reasonably standard hours and has dinner obligation.
I agree....On one of my first trips to Japan many years ago, I stayed at an Intercontinental whose gym opened only at 10am
