As far as I know, the flight in question do have a generous allocation of C class in advance but closes out towards departure date. This is the general trend for this specific route.

Aren't the new discounted J fares supposed to be in C class?</font>
Nothing has changed on the international and transborder side of things. Things have tighten up on domestic flights; the discounted J fares are booked in both J and C (with J slightly more expensive than C).
