I'm 6'5 and an aisle is fine for me, but I was thinking if I got assigned a middle or window I would just board last (I normally do anyways, I've never been in a rush to be crammed in a metal tube for several hours) and see if any aisle seats were left open
If seats are availible the FAs will generally let you move, sometimes they ask you to wait until plane takes off. I've even seen them announce that seats are availible and ocassionally point out empty seats. The one thing they have been strict about is taking a "Stretch Seat" if you didn't pay for it. One thing I've noticed about Frontier boarding is that many people seem to board late. I reserve an aisle seat and board early, to get settled. I don't see much difference is sitting in the gate or on the plane. On more than one ocassion the person in the middle seat on my row was one of the last to board.
