The LX <> UA ticketing interface is much less effective and reliable than the LH <> UA booking integration. And switching from LH to LX on a UA award is like rolling the dice at Vegas.

I'd suggest sending a private message to "UA Insider" in this forum. That team is competent, and they have bailed me out of ticketing jams that UA's interface with other carriers' CRS sometimes produce.
