AC fare mapping to ANA

This seems odd to me, does anyone have experience with AE crediting of ANA flights?

I booked a round trip YYZ-NRT-SIN PE ticket on AC.com:
- N fares for the AC segments
- AC H fare for the SQ segment on the outbound
- AC H fares for the NH segment on the return

The SQ segment posted at 100% - 3301 miles (shows as Y on altitude site)
The NH segment posted at 70% - 2335 miles (shows as V on the altitude site)

Why would a premium economy map to 100% on one airline, but only 70% on another - shouldn't it be closer to a full-fare Y ticket? NH has 4 buckets that earn 100%, the others are 70% or 50%.

Any thoughts appreciated; this whole 'star alliance fare mapping' really needs to be more straight forward.

Thanks,

T.
