Domestic F all around is just complete garbage. The only seats worth paying for (premium transcons excluded) are VX's F seats, or any domestic flight being operated by international equipment. Otherwise, it's all pretty much worthless. Some seats are less bad than others, but none of them are good.

In my experience, the US F seats have some of the worst pitch in the industry and therefore also have some of the worst recline in the industry. The seat itself isn't terrible in the off chance US has cleaned it in the past 5 years. Many of them look absolutely filthy. They also lack adjustable headrests which is unfortunate, as well as the pleather texture on the seat itself (very sweat inducing).
