I've certainly never seen it. I'd say it's very unlikely at LHR since some people are naturally going to be there for hours and hours at a time due to the connection that they may have booked. I think it has been reported as happening at some (mainly US?) outstations for passengers not flying BA, but I don't have any personal experience of this.
