I don't mind paying tolls... I do mind paying $4/day for every day of the rental if I let the plate pass pay for a single toll.

So if you don't have a local transponder and there's to cash option.. you're just screwed I guess. And of course there's a hefty toll on the eastbound Tacoma Narrows bridge, but at least we visitors have pay options there.
