Yes Mr. Ramirez-Kathipoornpong it quite is....although it's interesting how I could get a car without a license isn't it? (I'll let you in on a secret- A friend of mine who lives in Svalbard has connections to the rental offices ) Oh well...I guess I could wait for the BART extension to DCA as an alternative couldn't I??
