Well after reading a bit I found that in this "jet lag" study they only crossed 3 time zones and a minimum of 6 would be needed for a jet lag study. It looks like this product is an energy booster.
I did find a real jet lag study:
http://www.nojetlag.com/jetlag6.html that crossed 24 time zones in 2 legs and was combined with athletics. The subjects were experienced with international flights and were volunteers. With the other one they were paid.
