I have taken limousine bus to Shinjuku several times on Saturday afternoon. It normarly takes 80 to 100 minutes. Until Shinjuku exit of the Shutoko Express way, there is not heavy traffic jam. However, from the exit to the station, it takes 20 mins or half an hour though it is a walking distance.

Limo bus to Shinjuku area goes to Shinjuku Station first before it goes to several hotels.
