Just FYI the 520 bridge between Seattle and Bellevue is now a toll bridge. No cash lane. There are also some toll lanes on the east side of Lake Washington on 405 and 167. I believe the tolls on these last 2 are optional for when you want to use the HOV/express lane but haven't used them yet myself.

For those who want to avoid tolls you can still use the I-90 bridge toll free between Seattle and Bellevue. Just allow lots of time for traffic during peak hours. Lots.
