First time occurred to me: Got confirmed eUP on an AC segment including TATL but flight departs from LH in Y. Call LH b/c online check-in on LH showed I'm still on AC Y with a Y BP. Went on AC.com and found that I've been upgraded but also has a Flex H fare, so looked like I'm double booked. Called AC and initially agent didn't know what I was talking about but after she spoke with ticketing she realized she needed to "clean up" the file so only the R booking is listed. She said usually it's automatically done but mine wasn't.

Good that I found this out at T-12 otherwise would've been a problem getting J BP issued at the LH check-in desk. I'm still hoping no issues but was able to do OLCI on AC.com so at least I have my AC J BPs. Also when you're double-booked you cannot do OLCI.

Thought other FTers beware of this issue. Anyone had a similar experience?
