My point is very much that, despite what you think or are led to believe, no-one controls the gate in an effective way.

I was admitted tonight because the e-passport presented meant it was likely to be me - there was no check that it was me because there was inadequate data to perform such a check.

Yes, it was me - tonight.

How does anyone know it was me next time?

I am not trolling - I am pointing out what few want to hear: the UK's border does not work, despite what those with vested interests would have you believe.
