I do not know which promotion you are referring to, but most Accor promotions explicitly state that promo points will only be given for 1 room. Example: in the current 10.000 points promotion the following is stated in the t&c's:
I was referring to the “You Deserve It - Triple points across Asia Pacific” promotion which ran between March and July earlier this year. The T&Cs of that promotion allowed triple points to be earned on up to 2 rooms booked in the same name, same LCAH account and same booking at the same hotel over the same period.
