Ended up at the Comfort Hotel Nagoya Chubu/Centrair recently, fairly decent walk-up rates of 9800 JPY. Free breakfast but not quite to my liking (eggs were very runny etc). Connected to the airport by a bridge, so it's a 1 minute walk. Room was typical Japan - clean and functional, but not much else. Fitness center was available - cardio machines only, no weights. Overall decent for the price and a good option for an NGO overnight.
