Same here, it is very annoying.
However, I also had enough problems with Hilton cashbacks not paying correctly, it is very frustrating to have to keep an eye on the cashbacks/purchase amount and keep making claims...
I have now start to using Quidco a bit more, at least if there is an issue Quidco tend to cover the loss and honour the cashback rate from their own fund.
We use virgin shops away for Hilton honours. Miles from stay and from shopsaway are 120,000 so far since january with 30,000 shops away pending. never have any issues.
