I recently stayed in Sofitel Jinan where I booked 2 rooms under my name in the same booking.
Unfortunately, points were credited to my account for 1 room only (I think it may be related to the fact that at check-out I was given 2 receipts (1 for each room) rather than 1 receipt). I contacted the property and received retroactive credit for the second room. Unfortunately, the retroactive credit meant that I missed out on promotional bonus points for the second room (I only received standard points). I contacted the property again, and eventually received 'courtesy bonus' points (the 'courtesy bonus' points for the second room were still much less than the promotional bonus points which I had correctly received for the first room).
