It is worth a mattress run IF you can use the free night within the parameters of the promo (weekends only, expires mid-December, etc) at a hotel that's worth more than $120 to you. Personally, I'd find a BRG for that Sheraton and choose the 2000 point option; one free night plus 3000 points for $120 is a pretty solid deal.
