Even if it is a prepaid rate booked directly with Hyatt, you will still be charged by the property itself. So, if you have a local credit card you should use that if you would like to avoid foreign fees that may be charged by your us credit card.
If it is a normal Hyatt rate, the above post is correct, you can pay at the hotel using any credit card or in cash regardless of the credit card used to guarantee the booking.
Only a third party preepaid rate, such as from websites like expedia.com, would be charged by a third party in the U.S., in which case you should use a U.S. Credit card. You should also be aware that these rates are not eligible for point earning and stay credit on the room rate.
