I think you may have misunderstood - the changes aren't for people with multiple cards. The changes they make are affecting multiple types of cards. Perhaps it would be better phrased if I had said "these changes are affecting several different types of cards."
The changes are things like increased fees for returned (bounced) checks, stuff like that. Nothing that should have any real affect on us, or any other responsible CC users.
