Yes...had no issue as I used points to insure I got a reservation but then converted to FNA after I earned them...The odd thing is that my three night reservation got re-booked as 3 separate reservations for one night each but they claim all are connected. Working now on the issue that they claim are not eligible for Suite night awards as per the help desk but a supervisor(Kevin) is correcting that now as cannot see why not eligible? Will see....
