in addition to the 'premium lounge' by the E gates, there are also 2 admiral clubs with further showers.

the 'ambience' in all 3 is pretty similar (and not great) though the 'premium' lounge has a bit "food" on offer.

there's a $2bn lounge refurbishment programme under way though and believe the MIA ones will get facelifts soon ish.
