I still have plenty of e-upgrades and rather enjoy the ability to upgrade at time of booking ( a result I believe of many having no credits left^). A lot less folks trying for the seats I am after to u/g into from a latitude fare.

I would request e-credits to be valid for a calendar year from earning. I know I am flying April 2016 but cannot request the u/g(space currently available) as my e-credits currently expire at end of February 2016.

2nd request would be for q mileage for purchased flight passes. Currently post in year purchased. How about lining up with e-credits. Those e-credits earned after November in 2015 expire at end of February 2017. Having Q mileage earned from pass purchases after November in 2015 could be added to 2016 mileage accrual.

Bring mainline back to YYZ/BGI. Flew that route twice last winter
