Also curious about this.

I know it's encouraged me to save the few eUps I have for international, and since my international covers just about all of (or more than) SE, I'm not caring at all if I get Tangoed. Previously, I would have fought for Flex or even bought up to Flex myself given the right set of circumstances.

I guess we'll find out when we see what (if anything) is done with the eUp structure for 2016.
